Our Proven Process
What to Expect when replacing your roof
Step 1: Tear-Off & Dry-In
Typically completed in 1–3 days depending on the size of the home.

Property Protection Comes First
Before any roofing material is removed, we carefully protect your home and property:
- Driveway protection
- Full perimeter debris protection
- Pool covering
- Plywood barriers for garage doors and windows
- Protection for AC units, pool equipment, and sprinkler pump
Each day, the job site is cleaned and reset so your home never feels like a construction zone overnight.
Remove the Existing Roof
We remove and properly dispose of your existing roofing system, whether tile, shingle, metal, or flat roof material. With the property protected, we tear-off the old materials and dispose of them in our dump trailers and trucks that will take it away each day.

Dry-In for Water Protection
This is one of the most critical phases of your project.
- Replace any rotten or damaged wood decking
- Bring the roof up to current building code
- Install premium underlayment which is your roof’s primary water barrier
- Ensure your home is completely water tight at the end of every workday
Even while tile or roofing materials are off, your home is water tight.
Step 2: Installation
Typically completed in 1–3 days depending on the size of the home.

Material Delivery
Materials are delivered just prior to installation. We coordinate with you throughout the entire project so that you know when we need access to your property.
- Tile is delivered and roof loaded in advance.
- Metal and shingle materials are delivered on installation day.
Installation
Our experienced crews install your new roofing system according to manufacturer specifications and Florida Building Code standards.
Most installations take 1–3 days, depending on size and complexity.
Additional In-Progress Inspection (When Required):
Many roofing systems require inspection during installation to verify proper fastening, flashing, and system integrity.

Step 3: Final Inspection & Close-Out

Completed Roof & Closed Permit
The project is complete when the homeowner is satisfied, all inspections are passed by city building officials, and your permit is officially closed. Final payment is not due until we have completed all aspects of your project.
